The online payment service provider for BLIK and fast payments is mBank S.A (paynow).
The administrator of your personal data is mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, 00-850 przy ul. Prostej 18, hereinafter referred to as the "Bank".
The function of Data Protection Inspector is performed by an employee of the Bank, whom you can contact at: Inspektordanychosobowych@mbank.pl
The above personal data provided by you will be used by the Bank for the purpose of processing the payment transaction.
The legal basis for the Bank's processing of your personal data is the "PayNow Payment Integrator" service agreement.
Your personal data may be made available to the following entities:
- institutions authorised to process your data, within the framework of the Bank's supervision, e.g. KNF, UOKiK;
- entities to whom we entrust data processing when performing services for us.
Your personal data will be stored for no longer than 5 years after the termination of the contract by either party (in case of litigation). After the expiry of the above periods, the Bank will anonymise your personal data. Through the [BOK or at the Bank's branches], you have the right to access and rectify your personal data, to have it transferred, and you can request that it be deleted, restricted or object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority regarding the protection of your personal data in the manner indicated at uodo.gov.pl

Payment Refunds
In the event that a refund is required for a transaction made by a customer with a payment card, the seller will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the customer's payment card.
