1.a. All provisions contained in these terms of cooperation apply to all agreements concluded between customers and Lennso. They may only be changed on the basis of individual written arrangements signed by authorized employees of the Customer and Lennso.
Conditions of cooperation with Lennso are published on the website www.lennso.pl, under the "Conditions of cooperation" tab.
1.b. Only a full-aged natural person or a legal person, as well as an organizational unit without legal personality, to which separate regulations grant legal capacity, hereinafter referred to as the Client, may be a party to agreements concluded with Lennso.
1.c. The conditions of implementing agreements of different content than the conditions of cooperation with Lennso, which are in force at the Client, are not accepted by Lennso. Any additional or different commercial terms of the Client are binding on Lennso only if they have been expressly accepted by Maria Parol Lennso in writing.
1.d. If the Client remains in constant trade relations with Lennso, the acceptance of Lennso's conditions of cooperation by the Client upon registering as a Lennso client or upon placing one order is deemed as acceptance for all subsequent agreements, unless an agreement separately regulating the conditions of its implementation has been concluded with Lennso for a given order. In the event of changes in the conditions of cooperation by Lennso during the trade cooperation, the acceptance of the changed Lennso conditions upon placing one order is deemed as acceptance for all subsequent agreements.
1.e. Everywhere in the conditions of cooperation, where the "catalog" is mentioned, it should be understood as printed editions, portable disks, website, advertisements and press information, leaflets, as well as any other means of public presentation of commercial information of Lennso.
1.f. The Polish language version is the binding version of the conditions of cooperation. Other language versions serve informational purposes only.
1.g. The Buyer acknowledges that goods sold by Lennso, unless the manufacturer of the goods has made a different assurance regarding the purpose of the goods, have not been designed and are not intended for any applications in which a failure could cause a situation threatening human life or health or a catastrophic damage to property, and in particular, they are not intended for use in medicine, life-saving or life-sustaining applications, or for nuclear use.
